opening C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Updater5\AdobeUpdater.exe cause download of update automatically,
in my case auto updater is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Updater

Sorry about my previous post. That folder was almost empty (just some .dat and .aum files inside). After searching I found the “AdobeUpdater.exe” here C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Updater5.

Thanx. In my case the “Updater5″ is located here > C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Updater5
